"Cyrano de Bergerac is a romantic poet, musician and a dashing officer in the French Army. He is a man of many talents. He is head over heels in love with his beautiful cousin, Roxane, who is unaware of his feelings. Despite being a strong-willed man, Cyrano does not express his feelings to Roxane. He has an extremely large nose, which creates self-doubt in him and he does not believe anyone would love him. Cyrano de Bergerac is a fictional play, which portrays a real person of the same name and follows the outlines of his life."
