Dr. Sylvia Strange, forensic psychiatrist, is having a problem with one of her imprisoned clients: The authorities suspect Lucas Watson of mutilating his fellow inmates and keeping their body parts as souvenirs. When Lucas escapes, seeming intent on claiming Dr. Strange as his next victim, a terrifying race begins to neutralize this madman and save the lives of his shrink and her loved ones.
