I have always favored choices that felt natural and organic to me. Polarizing a word or phrase positive or negative is what I refrain from. Context holds greater weight for me than mere perception. As the years of my life passed, I have made a conscious effort to delete the word ‘judgmental’ from my vocabulary. With maturity, I find more delight in listening— being all ears to various perspectives, new ideas, and the wonderful concepts of breaking stereotypes. Over time, I have come to appreciate the idea of cutting off set patterns and allowing blocked energies to flow. I find thrill in this concept because it results in liberation—mentally, physically and spiritually. My first breakthrough on this concept was on a sunny afternoon while I was seated in a cozy room in my friend’s bungalow in Bengaluru. We had planned lunch at a nearby restaurant. However, my friend needed an hour to complete her domestic chores before getting ready. During that hour, I chose to ink a short e-book for my community of female readers. The ambiance was perfect. I found myself in a different city, far from my usual surroundings, detached from my work environment and beyond range of any usual distractions. The only sounds my ears could register were the melodious chirping of birds. The sky was steadily amassing clouds, as if gearing up for a light and revitalizing rain shower. In that one hour, I penned my first e-book, titled ‘Crush the Myth – 10 Beliefs that Restrict Women’. When that e-book was launched, initially as part of a content-sharing initiative, the responses I received were all over the roof. I realized this was the need of the hour. Every woman who read the pages found something within the content that resonated with her personal experience. Upon finishing the book, they discovered that it had brought a sense of joy to a part of their hearts. This led to inquiries from individuals, asking if there was a more extensive book on the same subject. It became evident to me that there was an earnest plea and an urgent demand to uproot these blockages from the Mind System. These are parasites that barricade the Mind’s progress. And, the Mind, my dear readers, is the most powerful tool within your system.
