This seventh volume of Dr Reddy’s transcribed and edited talks on Sri Aurobindo’s The Life Divine covers chapters five to seven of Book II, Part I. Using simple language and illustrations from everyday life, Dr Reddy introduces the main philosophical arguments in these chapters that deal with the process of evolution, the illusion behind mind, dreams, and hallucinations, the question of the universe as an illusion or a true experience of the being, however partially experienced, and the origin of Ignorance. Each chapter studies the main arguments in brief and is followed by lecture notes that encapsulate the contents in outline form.
