The attractive red heart foil balloon and metallic ballons can be inflated with helium gas or air. It can only float if inflated with helium. You can fill air in this with electric balloon pump or hand balloon inflator. The led light is 9Feet in length and need to directly plugin. It do not work with batteries.The balloon arch strip is included in the pack for making balloon arch and can be put up through glue dot (in pack). This is a very stylish and elegant decor.
