Destined - A House of Night Novel (Book 9), written by by P.C. Cast And Kristin Cast is the ninth fantasy book of the series called House of Night. The story revolves around a teenager, Zoey Redbird, who turned into a ‘fledgling vampyre’ in a place called Tulsa. In Destined, Stevie Rae and Rephaim are the other protagonists apart from Zoey. Neferet is the main villain. This is a gripping story about the confrontation between the goodness of Zoey and the evil force of Neferet. Phyllis Christine Cast and Kristin Cast are the co-authors of the House of Night series and are residents of Oklahoma, USA. The other books in the popular series include Marked, Betrayed, Chosen, Untamed, Hunted, Tempted, Burned, Awakened, and Hidden. This mother-daughter duo has also authored novellas like Dragon’s Oath, Lenobia’s Vow, and Neferet’s Curse. These novellas introduce the characters in the House of Night series. Phyllis Christine Cast, popularly known as P.C Cast, has written other series called Partholon and Goddess Summoning. Goddess By Mistake, her first book, was critically acclaimed and won a few awards, catapulting her to fame.
