This book is for every adult Indian who loves this country but hates corruption and poverty. An Indian who is at times in a state of anger, pain, sadness or hopelessness, but still loves this country. One who wants to contribute to making India one of the happiest countries globally, but is not sure where to start from. This book takes you through India’s challenges, policies, and developments over the last 200 years. It discusses the shortcomings of some of the policies adopted by governments of independent India. It also discusses some of the wrong priorities of our life, which prevent our country from achieving its best. This book dissects the governance nuances and its stand on education, corruption, equality, economy, and globalization. Apart from raising questions, it identifies the root causes for some of the long-standing complex problems of our country. It suggests several measures to overcome these problems. The author strongly believes that we can join hands with the governments and social reformers to make this country stand tall among the world's happiest, honest and healthy countries.
