A manual baby blood pressure (BP) monitor is a specialized medical device used to measure blood pressure in infants and young children. The manual baby BP monitor typically consists of a small cuff or bracelet that is placed around the upper arm or thigh of the baby. To measure the baby's blood pressure, the cuff is inflated just enough to restrict blood flow in the artery.
