Disney Bambi 3d Storybook With 3d Glasses tells the story of a white-tailed deer who becomes the Great Prince of the Forest. Summary Of The Book Bambi is an animated film about a white-tailed deer and his friends. The film was based on a book called, Bambi, A Life in the Woods by Felix Salten. This storybook narrates the story of Bambi, his friends Flower, Thumper and Faline who all live together in the woods. Bambi is not an ordinary fawn, but one who must one day become the Great Prince of the Forest. Unaware of his fate, he learns how to speak and walk with the help of Thumper. He is naturally curious and never hesitates to explore the woods despite being warned by his mother. However, Bambi’s happy life comes crashing down when his mother meets a tragic death and he is left all alone in the woods. He is rescued by the Great Prince who raises him. He and his friends grow up together and learn about love. Faline and Bambi’s romance is not a smooth one and soon faces several obstacles in the form of a stubborn stag called Ronno. As the story progresses, the woods face a terrible fire and it is up to Bambi to protect the animals. Will they have a happy ending? Or will the woods be doomed along with Bambi’s happiness? Bambi, A Life in the Woods was originally published as Bambi. Eine Lebensgeschichte aus dem Walde in 1923. It sold 650,000 copies in the U.S. alone. However, Nazi Germany banned this novel because it was considered an allegorical take on Nazi treatment of Jews. Several critics also believed that this novel was a commentary on the environment and global warming. The English translation was done by Whittaker Chambers. The Austrian novel has been translated into twenty languages all over the world. The Disney film was released in 1942. It was also part of the Top 10 Films by the American Film Institute.
