Ayurveda recommends a simple, practical and effective method of drinking water in its holistic way - drinking water from a copper vessel. To make copper water, pour water into the copper vessel and leave it overnight. When water is held in the copper vessel for a certain period of time, it kills the unwanted bacteria and viruses and the resulting water is loaded with the health promoting qualities of the copper. Drink it as soon as you get up in the morning. You can also drink your copper cup of water from it. It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. The copper vessel should not be kept in the refrigerator. Copper darkened naturally over a period of time.
