As he tries to find the Dragon Balls, Goku runs into the Red Ribbon Army, a band of nefarious villains who seek to use the Balls for their own purpose. The Army wants the Dragon Balls to rule the world, but they have no idea how powerful Goku really is. However, some of the commanders and generals are really powerful, and Goku’s about to have a hard time with them. After all, what chance does a child have against an entire army? High-spirited and optimistic as always, Goku does what seems sane to him, and takes on the entire army alone.
