Apart from this book, Whiteley has written another book, entitled An Introduction To Information Systems. Whiteley was born on the 4th of May 1977, in Essex, England. He began his career by working at Essex FM (1995), which is a commercial radio station, holding the position of a broadcast journalist. He later started working for BBC Essex, Chelmsford, as a reporter. Whiteley also won a bronze Gillard Award for broadcasting. He currently works as a presenter for Inside Out - East, which is a BBC TV documentary programme. He is married to Amelia Reynolds, who is a BBC Look East presenter.
