"Made from 100% premium quality groundnut seeds.The Groundnut Oil is extracted from premium quality groundnuts which are harvested manually and once dried properly, they undergo the deshelling process. Oil is extracted using a wooden mortar and pestle machine applying wooden pressure. The temperature is kept below 50 degrees C and RPM less than 10 to avoid any heat generation. Whatever minimal heat is generated, is absorbed by the wooden pestle and not transferred to the oil. This helps the oil to retain its natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional profile. The oil is allowed to stand for two days to let the sediments settle down. The obtained oil is thick, opaque, aromatic, and as natural as it can be. It is free from any chemical or heat treatment or any preservatives, unlike refined oils."
