Its Long Lasting high bond gasket foam tape, long adhesive foam tape. It is made of high quality medium density foam tape with a permanent strong acrylic adhesive. It can be widely used as cushioning, protecing, dust and draught sealing, general purpose gap filling, sealing external and internnal windows, etc. It's not easy for us to suggest what will work best for your application, you may take some experimentation.
