ECO SOUL Palm Leaf Bowls are produced in India from handpicked naturally-fallen palm leaves. When disposed of, they will degrade naturally, transforming into nutrient-rich soil that helps other plants grow. As these bowls are made from fallen palm leaves, NO trees are cut in the process. Crafting these bowls does not cause deforestation and offers a great alternative to plastic and paper bowls. Our bowls are natural and bio-based (USDA Bio-based Certified) and are made without exposure to any chemicals or glues, making them a healthy choice for food consumption. Each bowl has slight variations in texture and color that come from the variations of the handpicked palm leaves. Our bowls have a beautiful rustic feel that can be the star of the show at weddings, parties, or BBQs. They have a mild, pleasant, woody scent that does not distract and are extremely durable (similar to wood), but are lightweight like paper or cardboard. Our dinnerware products are impressive at handling hot foods and liquids and can be safely used in a microwave or oven up to 340°F.
