He has obtained his M Com in 1987 with first division, M Phil (Commerce) in 1988 and PhD (Business Administration) in 1991 from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has teaching and research experience of more than 15 years in the area of Commerce and Business Administration. He has also supervised project reports of MBA and BBA students besides supervising M Phil dissertations. 10 research scholars have already earned and 06 are working for their PhD degree under his supervision in the faculty of Commerce and Management. He has published more than 50 research papers and articles in National journals of repute. He has attended National & International conferences and Seminars, also contributed papers besides holding prestigious positions. He is awarded with 'Rastriya Vidya Saraswati Puraskar' in 2006 for outstanding work in the field of Commerce and Management at New Delhi.
