Education is one of the major basic needs of all human societies that is why communities work consistently and continuously towards the development of educational institutions to meet the needs of the present and the future. People want change since the education is not satisfying their expected standards and they are not thinking of how they can make these changes. The problems arises when the schools and colleges in small towns does not provide quality education. The higher educational institutions are looking for quality methodology system which will enable the highest level of customer service while providing a process that allows for employee participation with high levels of enthusiasm by the staff members.
