Designed by a experienced lunch-packer and mother of two, the Two in One is a nifty two piece set ideal for lunchtime. The 100% stainless steel lunchbox set works great for packing a small sandwich on the bottom plus a wet or dry side dish in the top container. Each compartment has its own lid. The handle on top makes it is an excellent To-Go-Container. All together when boxed up, the bento measures 4 1/2 inches wide, 4 1/2 inches long and 7 inches high. The bottom section is 4 1/2 inch by 2 inch deep (contains about 2 cups food). The top layer is 4 inch by 2 inches deep (contains about 1 1/2 cup of food) Containers work well for bulkier food, such as chips, sliced fruit, leftover pastas or salads as well as sandwiches, breads etc. Each compartment of the lunchbox has a small hole on the top. This is NOT a defect. This is required during the manufacturing process to allow the containers to hang in the ovens during powder coating. Damp foods work well in our containers, but because the lids don't have any plastic gaskets or other added synthetics to create a seal, very wet foods may leak.
