Why is this book of visions and prophecies published? One of the mighty Angels who was sent by God to reveal these things said: "Hand over the things that you have seen and the things you heard with your ears into the hands of those who would assume responsibility for their people and to those who raise up their hands and plead. By their tears and through the offerings of the sacrifices of incense the Lord will relent and shall mitigate the devastations of many lives."
