Published in the year 2002, Environmental Law And Policy In India: Cases, Materials And Statutes is a book that provides the readers with key insights into the current environmental laws and policies in the Indian subcontinent. Summary Of The Book Every facet of the Indian society is affected by the environmental laws and policies in the country, the most greatly affected being the poor. Divan currently serves as an Advocate at the Bombay High Court. Armin Rosencranz is an author and professor. Apart from this book, Rosencranz has written Economic Approaches For A Green India, Lawyers In The House Of Commons, and Climate Change Science And Policy. Rosencranz completed his A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and then went on to obtain his J.D. from the Stanford Law School. He finished his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Political Science from Stanford University. Rosencranz was presented the Phi Beta Kappa Distinguished Teaching Award, and the Teacher of the Year Award by the Associated Students of Stanford University. He currently serves as a Consulting Professor of International Relations at Stanford University, where he teaches Energy and Climate.
