The book is dedicated to all the Post graduate students of Orthopaedics across the country, and I acknowledge all the teachers of Orthopaedics who have contributed through their teaching and questions to help me to compile the material of this book. I shall be failing in my duties if I forget contribution and help of Dr. Prashant Upadhyaya, who has been tirelessly typing correcting the manuscript despite his Postgraduate training. He had to bear the brunt of my temperaments. He has been a great support in knowing the view point of what the students expect from a book.
