About the Author Dr. Pradeep Sharma, Additional Professor of Ophthalmology at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, has had the privilege of being first the medical student and then the postgraduate student at the prestigious institute, an association of 25-years. He has over 75 scientific publications in various international/indexed national journals in addition to presentations at various conferences to his credit. He was awarded the Col. Rangachari Gold Medal for best scientific paper of All-India Ophthalmological Society, 1984, Cochin. He has also authored "Strabismus Simplified" in addition, he has been assisted by some of his colleagues—Pradeep Venkatesh, Anita Sethi, G.V.S. Murthy and Sanjeev Gupta—who are experts in their respective fields in writing a few chapters.
