The poems of this book deal with themes of nature, sufferings of deprived ones, mundane life of middle class people, sacrifice and valor of soldiers etc. People like ice cream vendors, vegetable sellers, and bank clerks can be seen in poems with a different point of view. The concern for environment in the era of global warming and rising pollution is also apparent in the poems dealing with nature. Some of the poems of this volume have themes based on human relations, man?s place in society and his struggle to achieve his dreams and aspirations. These poems celebrate various seasons, tell the achievements of humanity and comment on the shortcomings which are still to be removed. Some of the poems may take to a different world and you may not wish to come back from there. While some of the poems bring stark reality before the reader and pose questions on us how can we address them.
