Spill-Proof LidsOne of the main concerns with glass bottles is leaks and spills. We have created a unique silicon coated, spill-proof lid for Favola glass bottles. The lids are easy to use and have a snug fit; that ensures the contents in the bottle do not spill over and stay fresh for longer durations. The silicon-treated metal lids are rust-proof.Wash CareTo a certain extent, the techniques needed to clean glass bottles depend on what they’ve been filled with previously. Oil, syrup and milk all leave slightly different residues behind.Simply putting glass bottles or jars through the dishwasher is an easy and low-effort method of sanitising them, but if this is not readily available to you, there are other ways of cleaning glass bottles inside and out that are equally effective.Wash with hot water and dishwasher soap as with water bottles.Use a weak bleach solution, as with water bottles, but without the baking soda.Use specifically designed sanitising tablets. Drop one into a bottle full of warm water and leave for 15-30 minutes, then rinse.
