The selection of Small, Medium or Large hole nipple is very important. Every child has a different requirement of speed of milk flow through the nipple which is best studied by the mother. The customers are advised to study the drinking behaviour of the baby and then select the nipple accordingly. In case the baby drinks milk at a fast speed and the nipple is small, then the baby will remain underfed. The reason is that the baby gets tired in sucking and will not take full feed and go off to sleep. In case the baby wants milk to come slowly and you have a large nipple then the choking will happen due to excess milk flow.
