Make sure you have a good spot to plant your capsicum. It's a sun-loving plant and prefers a sunny spot to grow. The temperature to grow capsicum plants should be moderate, neither too hot nor too cold. So pick a sunny spot with partial shade. Now, gather everything you'll need to plant capsicum: a pot, watering can, potting soil, heirloom capsicum seeds, trowel and that's all. The better your potting mix, the better your plant will grow. It can be a mixture of equal parts of vermicomposting, cocopeat and sand. Take the pot and fill it with the potting mixture, tickle the top of the soil with your fingers and spread the seeds over the soil. Cover these seeds with a thin layer of soil. Sprinkle some water on the top, just enough to keep the soil damp. Do not allow the soil to dry out, but do not drench the soil either. Now your plant is ready to grow.
