The Final Report is the third and final novel in Monabi Mitra’s DSP Bikram crime series. Summary of the Book A young girl falls to her death under mysterious circumstances in a residential complex. About Monabi Mitra Monabi Mitra is an Indian writer and academic who teaches English at Scottish Church College, Calcutta.
