The wrist and ankle weights are made from skin-friendly polyester material. They come with a velcro closure which ensures the weights do not shift or slide during motion. This also provides durability as the reinforced stitching will prevent the velcro from becoming undone. Filled with a mix of iron and sand, they come in a variety of fixed-weight options.
