This push-up board by Oddish is colour coded for the convenience of its customers. It has three colours on it, blue, yellow and green. These colours are mentioned to make you understand which setting is for training which muscles. The blue ones are made for training chest muscles. Similarly, the yellow ones are used to train your back muscles, and the green one is for the triceps.This product has an anti-slip tape attached underneath it. This makes sure that the board does not move around when you are trying to do your push-ups by transferring so much of your body weight into your hands, which is supported by this board. If the board slips, you can seriously get hurt, and hence the anti-slip tape is introduced to prevent you from getting severely hurt.
