mix exfoliate with a face wash to use it as a face scrub or with a body lotion / body wash to use it as a body scrub apply the scrub on the desired area & let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Gently scrub in circular motions ,rinse & pat dry.exfoliate can be used on any part of the body . for best result .use it 2-3 times a week
