Pakistan employs terrorism to achieve its foreign policy goals. Overwhelming evidence of Pakistan’s exploitation of Islam and support to Jihadi militants exists. This book argues that the roots of Pakistan’s connection to militant Islamism and terrorism go all the way to before Pakistan came into existence.
