This is book is all about me and my life. It contains most honest words which my soul always wanted to say but never found anyone to hear it. I always understand what people wants to talk about and make them know the needful and help them decide on what haunts them. But I always end up being misunderstood and even when I craved to tell things to anyone, I couldn't and when I found out that I mustn't confine my thoughts and words to myself, I decided to write this book which I want to reach as many people as it can because I know that I've all those answers and everything what you think about. In this era, most important thing is "mental health" and I'm here to be your friend through this book. "From my soul to yours" is dedicated to you. Let me know you and do hear me what I've kept it all inside. I always believe I've been taught everything long before my life started, I just got matured and saw things get proven right.
