Full on Fashionista is a contemporary story which follows the exploits of Angie and her tryst with fashion. Summary of the Book Angie, the daughter of Bollywood superstar Kajol Kulkarni, aspires to be a fashion icon. She is crazy about everything related to fashion and loves designing outlandish outfits. But despite her best efforts, Angie’s mother thinks she is a complete fashion disaster. Things take a turn for the worse when Angie wears one of her very own wacky creations to the Movie Mania Awards and steals the limelight for all the wrong reasons. She is mocked at by the media and referred to as the ‘Wannabe Fashionista’. Angie is shattered and decides to stay out of the limelight for a while. Things seem to turn up for her when high school heartthrob, Roberto, befriends Angie and insists her to participate in a fashion designing competition at school. But will Angie be able to survive a scuffle with her best friends, a horrible wardrobe malfunction, and a broken heart? Engaging, entertaining and very fashionable, Full on Fashionista will make for an interesting read for young adults. About Sonja Chandrachud Sonja Chandrachud is an Indian author and copywriter. Born in Mumbai, she has lived in Africa, Middle East, and USA. She co-hosted and successfully organized the Pune International Literary Festival in 2013.
