One of the most time-consuming steps in our manufacturing process includes edge treatment which ensures a smooth and non-abrasive finish, setting our sandals apart. Each pair undergoes the most expensive step in our manufacturing process, where the upper and lining are meticulously fused together with PU glue for superior strength and a seamless appearance. This process, along with key craftsmanship points like T-post stitching and precise fold-and-stitch techniques, results in a product that exceeds expectations.Crafted by a team of 39 skilled craftsmen who complete 36 operations and assemble 20 pieces, our leather sandals are a testament to quality and dedication.
