We are a Potter and we understand the clay, our Terracotta clay is 100% natural clay body and air-dry clay. It’s brown in color which fires to reddish brown color. Our eco-friendly clay is chemical-free and is suitable for pottery works, jwellery making, sculpting, clay modelling, eco-friendly Ganesha making, idol making, children’s hand-building activities, school projects, etc. There is absolute freedom to shape out whatever you desired. Once the article is ready, keep it to dry-up for 24 hours in open air at a room temperature. Try to keep the article away from direct sunlight, there are chances of developing cracks when kept in direct sunlight, so let it dry in a room temperature. Our clay is safe for kids to do Art and Craft activities. You can directly paint and can apply varnish on the dried articles but it is always better to fire before painting or/and varnishing. Always keep the clay in airtight storage to prevent it from drying. Make the water spray on the remaining dough to avoid hardness of the clay & to maintain smoothness periodically. If due to any reasons, unused clay dries then soak in water-let water evaporate-wedge properly and again start using it, our clay is reusable until it is fired. Good to use for beginners, as it's easier to work with and does not require glazing. Firing Temperature: 700°C to 800°C. Please Note: Weight of the clay may not be exact 1 kg as it varies due to moisture evaporation and there might be slightly difference (approx. 50 gm) in weight when you receive it. Important Note: The color of some product parts may vary from what is shown in the image.
