The discrimination and the Gender bias existing in the society, deny the girls and women and their due share in decision- making, even in their personal lives. The power imbalance is noticeable in all the spheres of life including the Nutrition and Health Care, Education especially in the Professional education, Employment, Property rights, Political leadership etc. The UN Statistics say that the women do nmore than men, in which, the sixty percent of the hours of work done in the whole world. Unfortunately, they get only ten percent of the world's income and they own only one percent of the total world's property. This itself clearly reveals that the gender discrimination still exists globally...
