Including a lid with a built in strainer and heat resistant, balelite handles that twists easily to locks into place making it safer and more convenient to drain excess water from the pot. Constructed with AISI 304 food grade hygienic stainless steel, the SAS bottom includes an encapsulated layer of aluminium ensuring an even distribution of heat for optimal vaporization.
