Girorganic came into existence in 1990. It is run by one farmer family who’s seed where sown by Bavbhai Ahir.With persistence, passion and affection, girorganic come long ways with having more than 450 plus gir cows in its farm spread across 400 acre of land. A2 gir cow ghee is prepared using traditional vedic bilona method. All fodder of cow are grown at farm by practicing organic farming techniques. During daytime cow grazed freely in open pasture where she get medicinal herbs like satavri,jivanti, ashwagandha,etc. Cow are fed with mixture of green fodder and dry one maintaining proportion of fat, carbohydrates and protein ratio. Cow are milked twice a day during early morning and evening time. First milk of cow are fed to her calf and rest is utilized to prepare product. This process help to strengthen our young generation cattle immune system.
