The God Choice Pulses come from certified organic farms and are cultivated without the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. It is certified organic by Rajasthan State Organic Certification Agency under accreditation no. NPOP/NAB/0013. We do not polish our produce to keep the natural fiber of the pulses intact. Organically grown unpolished pulses are residue free, have more nutrients, are easy to cook and can easily be digested. Polished dal undergoes a processing method in which the outer layer is removed. This process is called polishing and involves removing the outer layer to create a smoother, more polished appearance. The polishing process results in the loss of some of the nutrients. Whereas our Unpolished dal retains its outer layer, this outer layer is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, making it beneficial for digestive health.
