GOLS Cotton skipping rope is made up of pure cotton with wooden handle. the thickness of wire is 10mm which is very thick as compared to other ropes. Almost 260cm length cotton cord with handle. It can be adjusted to the desired length. At the end of the rope there is a knot inside the handle. Slide the rope through the handle and tighten the new knot to shorten the rope to the desired length
