We've traveled the world and have always been drawn to local soulful snacks, but we quickly realized that while there were a wide variety of hummus, dips, and antipasto options, there were no high-quality pita chips to accompany these condiments. So, the decision to make them ourselves at home with minimal ingredients on hand was born. When the family devoured them all in a matter of minutes, we were such we got ourselves a healthy snack.
