Mouse MAGIC is our more powerful pest deterrent formula for effective use in lawn, gardens, and large storage buildings. HOW TO USE : You should vent your snack-size bags. This can be done by simply poking 10-12 holes in each bag with a sharp pencil. Put Bags Around Problem Areas Mice travel following along the wall for safety. Lay the smaller bags in corners and along the baseboard of a room with the vented air holes you made facing up. Place a vented bag of Mouse MAGIC repellent about every 4-6 feet. For treating basements; you should put the small bags you made up high on cement walls between floor joists. For treating the kitchen area; you can hide bags under the sink, under your stove, refrigerator, and inside of cabinet drawers. By placing the small bags of Mouse MAGIC in the basement’s false ceilings (every 2-4 feet). If your basement is finished or has complete drywall, then heavily treat the areas where you can get to the block foundation. These areas can include : laundry and furnace rooms, closets, under-stairway storage rooms, crawl spaces, etc. You shouldn’t place the little bags of product on the floor of basement unless you know that the rats & mice are truly on the basement floor.
