Only extenda bond has full cut holes in tape. No holes safe for all lace or poly skin hair systems. This tape is excellent on all types of systems. This tape works well to bond regardless of the type of system i am tracking down. Reason being its very flexible and durable. Yet is as thin as saran wrap. So once it is on your full head, no one can even see or feel the base of your system when they run they're hand through your hair. This tape is excellent for full head bonding and can be used alone without any adhesive. I strongly suggest you still use adhesive in small amounts to ensure security. This tape comes in 1.5 Inch tabs and 12 inch strips
