The book begins with the history and background of the quality standard. The tooling and equipment requirements necessary to achieve certification are then detailed, as are the reliability and maintainability skills and resources necessary to achieve certification. The scope of the book includes the requirements of ISO/QS-9000T, the Reliability and Maintainability (RM) skills, understandings and resources to assist in accomplishing certification.
