Today there is an increased amount of focus on Sustainability among investors and other stakeholders seeking businesses to be responsible and sustainable towards the environment and society. Thus, for businesses around the world in addition to their financial and operational performance, evolving a Sustainability mindset within and among different stakeholders is becoming a key area of focus. As a result, many big organizations today look out for human resources with Sustainability awareness and the right mindset to align better with their larger business goals and organizational values. Thus, it becomes an imperative for our academia also to inculcate Sustainability mindset and rethink ways and means to instill the meaningful awareness around Sustainability among academic community.
