The North East India comprising eight states is located in the easternmost part of India bordering to different international countries and is the home to different variegated tribes, flora and fauna. Dr. Haobijam Vokendro, M.Sc Gold Medalist, NET, B.Ed, Ph.D, has been teaching anthropology in the past 24 years. Currently he is working as Professor in the department of anthropology, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. He has completed six research projects. Besides publications of many national and international research papers, he also has participated
