The contributors of the anthology Heap of Broken Images offer the reader unparalleled intimacy and access to the sense and sensibilities of India. In terms of richness and diversity, the collection is replete with an abundance of light, irony, sensuousness, and a tussle of day-to-day complexities. The extraordinary and sharp approach of the contributors has impressed me immensely; I am astounded to read some of their poems that transcend the limitations of their lines.
