Supernatural phenomena are not directly perceivable, by our five senses, like the natural one. No laboratory experiment or any mathematical model ever proved the existence of ghosts. Yet many a time, many people experience unnatural phenomena that are beyond any logical explanation. Ghosts may not exist in the real world, but they are present in fiction that almost everybody loves and enjoys reading. The author in this book narrates some spooky stories that combine some personal experiences and imaginations. Only one story is a pastiche of a series of science-based stories of a famous Bengali writer. The central character of the stories is a lanky gentleman who fought alone against various sorts of evil and international terrorism against humanity and nature. This fictional character is a highly favorite one among Bengali readers.
