Black soybean is said to be the blackish variety of the regular soybeans. The rare legumes being inborn to China and are used to clear contaminants from the body. Primarily considered a shelling bean, which means they are primarily developed for their edible seed inside. These are every so often seen in the dehydrated, preserved and fermented form in out of period. They are easy to digest and are also believed to be much more flavorsome than regular yellow soybeans.
