Hindus Under Seige: The Way Out is a book that talks about how the Hindus are about to become a minority in time to come. The book is about the risks that are faced by Hinduism today and how these risks are going to be the cause of our downfall. It mentions four main factors that contribute to the corrosion of the religion. Summary of the Book This book explains the four main factors that are a threat to the Hindu religion. The first factor is the defamation of the Hindu icons and symbols. It says that the goodness of Hindus is perishing in places where Hinduism is not the main religion. Holy songs are being insulted and godmen are arrested. The second is the restructuring of demography. The number of Hindus is being taken over by the increase in the number of Christian missionaries. There are also those who prevent the Hindus from carrying out their religious activities. The third is terrorism against Hindus. The author says that most of the attacks are targeted towards Hindus. The fourth is the distortion of Indian History. This is caused by anti-Hindu elements that believe and spread the word that India is not a nation of Hindus. In the book, author Dr. Subramanian Swamy provides solutions to help rebuild Hinduism. About Subramanian Swamy Subramanian Swamy is an Indian economist and politician. Currently, he is the President of the Janata Party of India.
